Dry skin is most common in the legs, arms, flanks sides of abdomen and thighs. Dry skin, eczema, hives and may causes itching all over his body. Contact dermatitis is another cause of itching all over. Dry skin is common, this happens more often in winter when cold air of indoor and outdoor heated cause low humidity.
