Osteoarthritis.<br />Basic reason and cause of obesity:-<br />* Excessive dietary calories<br />* Lack of physical activity<br />* Genetic susceptibility<br />Also there are some rare cases which cause obesity are:-<br />* Genes<br />* Endocrine DISORDERS<br />* Medications<br />* Psychiatric illness<br />Slow metabolism and in addition all these causes and reasons are supported by over eating habit.<br />The primary and basic treatment which is possible at home is physical exercise, dieting, weight loss programs, medication and clinical protocol.<br />If needed some supplements can be taken as anti-obesity drugs to reduce appetite or inhibit fat absorption. In very severe cases, surgery is performed or an intragastric balloon is placed.
